Returns & Exchanges

We carefully check and pack your order as we dispatch them, but in the event your order arrives damaged or not the correct order, we offer a refund or exchange to the value of your order.

We want you to be satisfied and love your Every Kind purchase, however if you are unhappy with your product or have a sizing issue, we offer a full refund / exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase (domestic returns) and 21 days of purchase (international returns). Please check the product description for size information and full details before making a purchase.

Returns are conditional to the state in which they are returned in (unworn, packaging and labels intact).

Please note: Refunds are only given on the cost of the garment and not for shipping. If you qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

The cost of return shipping is at your expense and we will process the refund once we have received the item. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund, we recommend you use a reliable courier or postal service. We use Aramex Courier services which are fast and reliable for R99 Nationwide.


If you are returning the item due to a flaw in the production or fabric of the garment, we ask you pay for the item to be returned to us , and once we have assessed the returned item, we will either send you a replacement or store credit to the value of your purchase and including the shipping fee of the return.

We quality check all our designs, but on the off chance your purchase is faulty in design, we will gladly replace it or refund you for the cost of the purchase, as long as it is returned within the 14 day return policy period for domestic purchases and 21 days for international purchases. Please note the wear and tear in the course of using the item or garment, is not considered a manufacturing fault, and worn items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Please note: Regrettably, we do not offer refunds on any garments that are “on sale” items or “once off” limited edition pieces, as well as, any custom-made designs, that are to your specific body measurements, as everyone is different, we cannot resell the design.
