We want you to love your Every Kind purchase — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Wrong Item or Damaged on Arrival
We carefully inspect and pack all orders before dispatch. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, we’ll happily offer a refund or exchange to the full value of your order.
🔁 Change of Mind, Sizing Issues, or Unsatisfied?
If you're unhappy with your item for any reason (e.g., sizing or fit), we offer a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Please note:

Items must be unworn, with tags and packaging intact

Always refer to the product description for sizing and fit details before purchasing
💸 Refund Conditions

Refunds apply to the cost of the garment only, not shipping

If your order qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

Return shipping costs are at your own expense

We recommend using Aramex Courier for reliable and trackable delivery (aramex.co.za/store-to-door-courier)

If the return parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund
✂️ Faulty Items & Production Flaws
If there is a manufacturing flaw or fabric defect:

Please send the item back for review (shipping at your expense)

Once assessed and confirmed, we will offer either a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including the return shipping cost

Wear and tear from regular use is not considered a fault

Items must be returned within the 14-day return period
