We want you to love your Every Kind purchase — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Wrong Item or Damaged on Arrival

We carefully inspect and pack all orders before dispatch. If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, we’ll happily offer a refund or exchange to the full value of your order.


🔁 Change of Mind, Sizing Issues, or Unsatisfied?

If you're unhappy with your item for any reason (e.g., sizing or fit), we offer a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, with tags and packaging intact

  • Always refer to the product description for sizing and fit details before purchasing


💸 Refund Conditions

  • Refunds apply to the cost of the garment only, not shipping

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense

  • We recommend using Aramex Courier for reliable and trackable delivery (aramex.co.za/store-to-door-courier)

  • If the return parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we cannot issue a refund


✂️ Faulty Items & Production Flaws

If there is a manufacturing flaw or fabric defect:

  • Please send the item back for review (shipping at your expense)

  • Once assessed and confirmed, we will offer either a replacement, store credit, or full refund, including the return shipping cost

Please note:

  • Wear and tear from regular use is not considered a fault

  • Items must be returned within the 14-day return period


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Sale items

  • Once-off limited edition pieces
